First up, the group stage a round robin format with each team playing everyone once.
Then onto the knockout stages, with 2 chances at a trophy!
The top two teams from each group progress into the LMA Champions League Tournament.
Meanwhile theres everything still to play for, the third and fourth place teams will progress into the LMA Europa League Tournament.
